21st Century Self Defense l.l.c. offers training in Low Kick, High Kick,and Muay Thai Kick Boxing. Kick Boxing-Boxing circuit work-outs are great ways to get an all over body conditioning and cardio work-out. For the person who is looking to compete at the Amatuer or Pro level in Kick Boxing or Boxing, 21st Century Self Defense has proven successful in training fighters to dominate and win numerous National Championships since 2000. If you are looking for a way to get in shape and build confidence with out competing, check out our Group Kick Boxing-Boxing classes. These classes are designed to give an All Over Body Conditioning and Cardio work out for almost any age and skill level. We have Co-ed classes and Women only classes for almost any age group.
2009 IKF World Kickboxing Championships
July 24, 25, 26 2009 Orlando, FLA.
21st Century Self Defense had 7 fighters participate with over 200 other fighters at the Tournament! Our fighters had an Awesome Tournament, having 5 Fighters win World Championships and 2 fighters in the Title bout for their weight class, showing what Hard Work, Dedication and Training can accomplish!

Zane Schmidt: Boys Junior Welterweight class, Lost by split decision in Title fight!
Justin Lawerence: Champion, Tied the record of winning Six IKF Tournament Titles and becoming the First Ever to win the IKF Tournament Title in all 3 rule styles!
